Empowering pet owners and local communities to
reduce abandoned animal populations through spay
& neuter, pet retention & reclamation, and education.

We need your help. They need your love.

We at Bark Avenue Foundation are passionate about prevention as the number one way to save animals’ lives, and we are thrilled that you share this mission. On June 22, animal welfare organizations from Los Angeles and surrounding areas will come together at Griffith Park for Spay Day to fix as many pets as we can and keep the pet population from escalating and leading to more euthanasia and preventable diseases.

This event is quickly running out of space for spay/neuter surgeries, but we also have a free/low-cost spay/neuter clinic on the same day at the Bell Community Center for those who qualify!

We are also participating in Parks After Dark to encourage spay/neuter, spread information, and advertise our upcoming free & low-cost clinics. We need volunteers to make this possible, so if you are interested in getting involved, this is a great opportunity! Volunteers are needed for June 29th, July 27th and August 3rd from 6pm to 10:30pm at ADVENTURE COUNTY PARK, 10130 Gunn Avenue Whittier, CA  90605. Please email Christy@barkavenuefoundation.org if you are interested!
